Come 2018, it will be 54 years balance lease as the lease commenced 99 years from 1973. Ethnic quota for hdb regulation depends on the unit and seller. In any case blk 28 tiong bahru units hardly come up for sale. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations?
